Valid Values: 0 to 252
Game Effects: Determines what the enemy will do on its turn, along with every conditions needed in order to do it.
Spacial: On a given round, the first action which every associated conditions are respected is what the enemy will do on its turn.
Spacial: If the enemy is located on the moon, the value points to a different place in the rom.
